|Introspective. Most of it you really don't need

[Haruhi is in the hospital library, which isn't the library anymore so much as the hospital billing department. She frowns as she looks over the shelves of paperwork. This wasn't what she was used to. Usually the library was mostly left alone. Shen whines next to her, wanting some wet food, but there isn't any wet food to give him. He'll have to have some of her hospital food instead.
She moves to a table, thankfully the event didn't get rid of those, and rummages in her duffel bag. She has a few books of various importance to her inside it. Once she's found the book that she is looking for she pulls out a very tattered copy of 'Alice in Wonderland' and a small brown notebook with a pencil stuck in the rind. Opening both she looks through them, presumably comparing notes. When Shen whines again she reaches down to scratch his head, then looks down.]
Are you worried about sempai and the others? Yeah. This event doesn't seem too bad ... except the noises. [At least it's not thunder storms.]
[She smiles slightly, the strange noises remind her of Dean. She wonders how he's doing ... hopes he hasn't gotten himself killed again. Sam would take care of him though. Sam's pretty smart. There are others too. Calm events like this make her think about the people she's met here. It's been really busy in the three or more years she's been here. People have come and gone and come back, never remembering how they escaped or returned. They always just appear. She's sure it has something to do with the Red Queen, but this isn't the same Red Queen as when they first encountered the mirrors. This one seems more cruel then kind. And she keeps talking about the core.
Haru circles the Red Queen's name on a new sheet of paper. She's probably the key to this, to getting out or breaking through. But how can they get anything from her when things are the way they are. Not to mention that the more proactive people like James and Dean are gone. They've gone home. Everyone is pretty content to stay here without worrying about being kept by the Queen and facing the events.
She taps her pencil a few times against the notebook.]
When it's an event like this I can understand. But it's not always these kinds of events.
[The tapping stops and she looks down at Shen.]
I'm worried we're going to have another event like Walter's ... or the Major's. Shen, do you think room 302 was affected by the event?
[She writes something down, it's actually the number 302 with a question mark, but you can't see if from the angle of the camera.]
Maybe we should go check ... and see if the vendors have bolt cutters ...
[The feed times out ...]
[ooc: Since there aren't any mods on right now I'd like one to poke me when they get on. Haruhi would like to explore Walter's mom ... I mean room 302.]
